SouthSide Youth Outreach Activities

Tuesday Club

Tuesday Club serves pre-school through middle-school children during the school year by providing a meal, Bible-based character stories, video skits, games, crafts, fun, and lots of love.

ACES (After Class Experience at SouthSide)

ACES provides a place for primary & middle-school students in South Corvallis to get help with their homework assignments, give structured classes on a variety of academic and social subjects, and be a safe and enriching environment in which to interact with their peers.

Summer School

The 2010 SSYO / Lincoln K-8 Summer School is a continuation of a partnership that has brought excellent results to the families of South Corvallis for the past two summers (2008/2009).

Summer Squad

The Summer Squad is a SSYO program in South Corvallis designed to give middle and high school students a safe and healthy focus during the summer.

Summer Internships

For the last five years, SSYO has placed high school students in an internship capacity with local businesses. In partnership with Corvallis High School, students will gain one high-school credit for each 65 hours of supervised and certified work done for the employer.
